The test facilities are used to ensure the engine operating normally on the test bed during the aero engine altitude test process,as well as the operation of the relevant test bed equipments.The test facilities include many kinds of independent equipments,which are of different requirement to the test bed control system.The control system is composed of the constant system,the programmable control system and the digital logic control system etc.In fact,the main close-loop antomatic control system are single-input/single-output system.In modern producing course,a number of computer techniques have been applied in control system due to its powerful performance,"intelligence"and"flexible".For the purpose to keep the safety of the altitude test,get high efficiency,meet the demand of the application of the complex control theory,improve the automatic capacity,function and accuracy of the control system,the control system combined with the digital,automatic and intergration has been a trend of the development of the engine test facility control system.In order to achieve the high accuracy and high efficiency,the test bed control system of the altitude test facility is equipped with the hardware based on PLC,and the software which is designed according to the operation characteristic of the equipment.On the other hand,it is difficult for the conventional digital PID arithmetic to achieve satisfied control performance due to these effect factors,for instance,the pure-delay system and the certain interfere system etc.This thesis researched two typical object of the test bed equipment,which could not achieve good control performance applied with conventional digital PID arithmetic.Prior to design the digital controller,the object math model be indentified firstly with system identifying method,which is based on the characteristic of the object and the measurements,and then,the optimized result of the identifying could be chosen to built the grey box model of the object.The text,the digital controller will be designed with different control arithmetic.Finally,the simulation result are analyzed and the test data are compared.Based on above results,the whole control system could be proved to achieve satisfied target of the design.In this paper,the system identifying theory and the design theory of the digital controller are explored to engineering application,and the satisfied results are reached.At the mean time,the method could be applied in practice.
