When the system was developed based on J2EE, we analyzed to improve the process of development and system performance via design mode. We applied the UML modeling technology through all the development process which is from analysis to design. We also modeled a system which is constructed for the J2EE, and discussed the detail process of design of the Dynamic Information Releasing System. Realization the management function such as Engineering Information,Contract management, drawing management, resource management, and press releases..The system is developed with the following features: reliability, security, portability, manageability and compatibility.
