Based On. Net Manufacturing Erp Design And Implementation

This paper aims at conducting a research on production companies. An ERP system that is suitable for IT production enterprise is designed for dealing with the business complexity of IT production enterprise and demand of real-time data.This paper mainly talks about the analysis of needs of the manufacturing enterprise, selection of appropriate technology route, change of business requirements into a specific function modules and design codes, usage of BI and universal interface technology by combination of current information technology trends with the special nature of manufacturing enterprises which is specifically described below.These two parts are the main contents in this paper including needs analysis and specific design.ERP system is divided into logistics, manufacturing, finance, human resources, integrated information management and systems management and other modules through research on IT manufacturing enterprises,Use diagram and timing diagram design for functional modules; provide specific solutions for coding of ERP system.It is a good solution to solve the complex conflict caused by large data of production enterprise and complexity of business processes by using MVC framework as an ERP system and NET as a development platform and SQL2005 as the database storage.The main technical difficulties are as follows: firstly, The ERP system based on interface design can provide the interface of enterprises'other information and business systems. Secondly, the system is divided based on the MVC architecture into four levels of structure, including logic layer, presentation layer, control layer, persistence layer.It is a good solution to solve the above problems of large amount of enterprise data, business process complexity and expending characteristics of interface by using BI and common use interface design technology. Because manufacturing enterprises having large business process and system data, this paper tests installation, interface, functional use cases, documentation, security and other aspects to ensure an effective on-line ERP system.
