Motion Blurred Image Restoration Algorithm

Motion-blurred image restoration mainly discuss how to extract useful information from Motion-blurred image and To restore the original clear image. The research on Motion-blurred image consist of Fuzzy parameter estimation,Image restoration algorithm and the elimination of ringing effect. And the parameter estimation is used to obtain the Point spread function (PSF), Among these include the direction and length estimation about the motion. Image restoration mainly research how to get the clear image after we've got the PSF and blurred image, reverse filtering and Wiener filtering algorithm is the main algorithm to Achieve the target. The elimination of ringing effect is a further processing on the restored image to get better visual effect.This paper discusses a comprehensive Theory of Image Restoration which see the parameter estimation of motion-blurred images as the main content, it includes the following contents:1. The parameter estimation of the PSF, we Introduce the method in frequency- domain , and discuss the parameter estimation Theory which base on Hough transform, Randon transform and autocorrelation function, The Focus is that the Author has proposed to use the Valley-point depth function to improve the frequency-domain estimation algorithm. Also the Author has discussed the half-autocorrelation function to upgrade Time Performance of the algorithm which estimate the motion length. in this way, we have reduced the computing burden of parameter estimation.2. The research of Existing image restoration algorithm, Inverse filtering and Wiener filtering method included.3. The research of Existing algorithm to eliminate of ringing effect.
