Using the broadcast and Television signals to detect and scout the object is a popular study in the world now and the radars based on this form is become more and more important in the country all of the world and then, the development of them is one of the keys of the progress of radar. The passive radar which has perfect characters of anti-jamming, anti-ARM and anti-stealth ability. This form of radar system has the potential superiority and prospect in the electronic war.This paper discusses some techniques of the passive radar based on FM-broadcast signals. The model is built as a bistatic/multistatic radar because of the form of the passive radar. The signals used in the simulation are these transmit from the AR model to close to the real situation.In the case of processing, several courses are studied minutely, include angle detection, clutter restriction and accumulation. There will be some phase differences among different signals brought by the transmission. The accumulation is perfect only after the different phase is compensated correctly.Besides the works mentioned above, some studies about the improvement brought by using several signals had been done . The influence taken by multi-signal, including the effect of speed, broad-band and complicated object., had been studied also. To certify the correctness of the suppose done above, some simulation had been done followed the discursion.
