Discuss the theory of IR image background suppression based on the background suppression and dissertate several kinds of background suppression techniques in detail, combined with the requirement of high frame frequency IR image moving target detection algorithm of this paper, providing a novel multi-channel self-adaptive image detect algorithm; At the same time, based on the system requirement of real-time performance, we analysis the characteristic of common tracking methods and developed a kind of character matching tracking method based on the filter technique. Finally, we apply this new algorithm to single spectrum dim moving target detection and tracking system with staring detector.
