This software is built on the basis of the improvement of ready-to-use control and the study of VBA programing. The functions of this software are as follows: 1) manual create paper; 2) auto create paper; 3) selecting questions from the existential papers; 4) user management; 5) database management. Plentiful tests have showed that this software is running stably and correctly in Windows 98/me/2000/XP and Office XP/2003. Therefore, the desired requirements have been achieved.
