| The monitoring of flow is very often in the daily production of people, which plays a significant role. With the more and more developing of science of technology, this importance becomes more obvious. People have recognized this point very early, so the research of this area started long ago, and they have made great success in it. But with the revolution of industry and science, the monitoring of flow has developed form single and simple to complicate, which become a net and automatic. Moreover, with the monitoring site becoming more and more complex , the monitoring net which is more fit to it is required,which is called the secure and wireless monitoring net.This paper is for the purpose above, which is compatible with the wire-hart monitoring flow system of industry. It includes two important parts. One is the Bluetooth and the other is wire-hart. And it can be developed in relatively shorter time and lower cost in the complicated flow monitoring environment.The early part of work was finishing the communication between the gateway and pda by Bluetooth in linux2.4 and confirmed that the solution of this project was correct. Then grasp the format and requirements of hart commands. After those processes, under the cooperator's request, chose the atmel developing board which was running the distributing and real-time operating system qnx for the real-time request of industry controlling. Realized the driver of the net controller on qnx very early for that the program can be debugged online by using the Ethernet between the developing board and host pc. After finishing all of this, then realize the communication between developing board which is call gateway in our system and pda by Bluetooth. For the transplanting becoming more easily, the testing program which was running on the PDA is coded in java. Meanwhile, there is not free Bluetooth stack Bluez in qnx, choosing burning the Bluetooth stack into the Bluetooth module by the firmware form and communicating by Bluetooth through serial ports transparently was more wisely. At last, developed the application of gateway according the design documents and realized the system perfectly. |
