Comparing with the traditional single polarization SAR, the multi-polarization SAR can get more target polarization information in the different polarimetric transceiver states. Coherent change detection(CCD) uses the ground objects information of the same geographic location provided by the multi-polarization SAR images in the different periods and different polarimetrics transceiver states to realize automatic judgment of the change information of the ground objects'characteristics and the arrival and departure of the targets. The CCD of polarization SAR can be applied in the field of disaster assessment, social economy development, and marine monitoring etc.The problem of image registration, CCD algorithm with low SNR, the automatic judgment of tagets'arrival or departure after CCD etc are studied. The main works are as follows:1,Aiming at the realization condition problem of CCD, according to the demands of two polarization images'coherence, deriving the data collection geometric constraint condition of flight path for reference and mission image.2,Aiming at the two images'registration problem of CCD, exploring a registration method based on the similarity measure of amplitude and phase synthetic mutual information in the polarization vector, improving the precision of image registration.3,Thoughing a best approximation algorithm, estimating the unknown probability distribution parameters in the Gaussian model effectively, and building the accurate Gaussian model.4,Aiming at the CCD with low SNR, according to the detection probability, proposing an improved CCD algorithm based on the N-P criterion, improving robustness of the detection algorithm with low SNR effictively.5,Aiming at the automatic judgment of targets'arrival or departure, introducing the automatic judgment method of autocorrelation coefficient. Comparing with existing methods, this method can get more accurate and steady judgment performence.
