At last, It will be give feasible solutions according to different reasons in this paper.The PHS engineers always put much more emphasis on experience and practice than theory and data analysis in network maintaining and optimizing. In order to improve the shortage, It must be developed a few new PHS data analysis methods using science analysis in other fields. It was developed the data-associate-analysis method, geography information analysis method, regression analysis method and other methods in PHS network Drop-Call rate analyzing in this paper. In particular, regression analysis method applies the associate and regression analysis in statistics to PHS network traffic data analyzing. The relationship within different index will be finded out and locate the problem using this method, thus the solutions can be made according to the problem.
