With the development and application of information system, and the increasing competition between telecommunication providers, telecommunication providers need much more info of the customer. The telecommunication system has stored a large number of customer's basic information, behavior information and custom information etc. Data Mining can be realized as the good method to analyze these data and provide powerful supporting for making marketing plan and predicating development trend.Nowadays, DM is already a mature technology, but its application is still in the period of attempt and there are very few successful exemplifications actually. The paper introduces the application of data mining technology in telecommunication customer consume behavior analyses in detail, which includes key technologies, system architecture, mining methods, etc. It will help telecommunication companies to improve the capability of market competition.It also emphasizes the methods and steps of using data mining technologies to classify telecommunication customers, and studies the importance of customer's values; points out the most important factors must be focused on by the telecommunication enterprise, according to the customer value's calculation methods.I finish the following tasks mainly:1. To study telecommunication technologies, and communicate with exports and system builder. Survey the business rules and the existing data.2. To define the project target, build software and hardware environment, design total solution for design and implement, choose the arithmetic and existing data, build models.3. During the implement process, introduce the process of build model of Customer Classify and Customer Value Analyze in detail by the way of implement solution. Including business requirement, existing data cleaning, data sample, data explore build model and model valuation.
