As China gradually become high-speed railway locomotives, locomotive running faster and faster, locomotives running at high speed, the air vent on the locomotive,running resistance to the effects of major changes will occur, accurate real-time detection of locomotive air Content on the development of high-speed trains of high significance.For our self-developed operating speed over 200km/h high speed train, as the core of locomotive traction motor power, performance and operation of a vehicle directly determines the reliability of performance.Which affect the traction motor cooling ventilation performance is one of the factors, the temperature rise test is a very important element.Traction motor temperature rise test can not only check the motor manufacturing and assembly process quality, and traction motor on the approved hours of continuous fixed quotas and whether it is an essential design requirement is the key link. At present, China is still widely used locomotive with forced ventilation of the traction motor, the continuous power rating to a large extent dependent on the ventilation and cooling effect.Therefore,to measure accurately the effective ventilation is very important.The traditional method of air flow measurement there are some deficiencies in the current domestic traction motor ventilation air flow test device for testing is to use L-Pitot ring under the equal-area multi-point measurement of velocity measurement principle.This is not only time consuming, and because artificial reading accuracy is not high.By the installation location and piping layout shape,size restrictions, the original some test methods can not meet the required standard blower flow measurement, therefore,this paper presents a Shige traction motor wind measuring of smart uniform Guan flow measuring system.Firstly, in-depth study of the uniform pipe flow measuring the working principle of the theoretical analysis focuses on the detection rod of uniform cross-section tube shape and the mathematical model of the election. Detection of the comprehensive analysis of the status of traffic and similar products based on advanced through a variety of classical and modern methods of system testing, analyze and summarize the pros and cons of various methods.Pipe inspection system proposed new uniform design project.This transmitter system for software and hardware design.Hardware design of the sensor, ADC module,the microprocessor core of digital signal processing chip is TI's MSP430.Completion of the system software design, the paper gives the system block diagram.Finally, the system tests and results analysis.Experiments show that the design of the new uniform pipe flow detection system is well meet the design requirements.
