Clustering Algorithm Based Data Mining Technology Research

The data mining is also called the knowledge discovery in database,which discovers from large quantity of data and find authentic,novel and effective model that can be comprehended by people.Data mining solve the inadequacy of traditional analysis methods, and it can conduct large-scale data analysis and processing. The useful information from large amounts of data to extract hidden in the data in mining data help people make the right decisions.Because of the raise of income and the change of consumer's habit,credit card business developed rapidly in recent years.The credit business becomes the core business which call cause plenty of customer and considerable profit for banks. With the competes of the credit card market in China become fierce intensely day by day, the card-issuing banks have reviewed the restrictions of people who apply for credit cards more loosely, and ignored the risk management and control.Firstly,this paper introduced data mining technology and the development of basic principles,and discussed the data mining technology in the credit business of significance.Secondly,this paper proposed a set of data collection, conversion and mining data collected in one of the mining systems.And it discuss its main function in detail.Thirdly, there is a great space to explore in cluster analysis of research in the financial industry.This paper introduce cluster analysis method to the analysis of credit card applications. Through basic information to customers and the bank's basic information such basic dimensions of study,it established a relatively comprehensive and integrated evaluation system to measure whether the customer's credit card for the banks to potential customers. Empirical studies have shown that the method can help the banks to review applications for potential customers with effective and practical. The model is easy to understand, high efficient, and its robustness is good.The model will help banks more objective,consistent,fast to make judgments to credit card applications for new applicants, better promote the bank credit card business development, and enhance the capacity of bank risk prevention.Finally,Mining data acquisition system are debugging overally.The results of test are analyzed.And the next step of the concrete work are proposed.
