In view of importance of multi-object optimization in engineering economy, the research on multi-object optimization has been paid more attention,it has developed into a new branch of science and demonstrated powerful vitality in applieation. Thegenetic algorithm is a global optimization,auto-adapted,probability search algorithm which uses the experience of biologieal natural seleetion and genetie mechanism for reference, owing to its unique supperiority and robustness in solving the e omplex system optimization, it beeomes a very effeetive method in solving multi-object optimization problems.Flexible concept is a new concept and decision-makers play a more prominent role in the modern management and decision-making. Their participation and experience in decision analysis constitutes the most important part of the the modern management and decision-making.The purpose of this research is to based on the establishment of several targets simultaneously into account the above factors,the optimization model In the network plan. Seeks for one kind to be able uses in the genetic algorithm and the flexible idea the effective solution method which the multi-objectives optimize of the engineering project.This article first in carried on the quantification to the quality in the foundation to construct about an engineering project time cost quality three dimensional multi-objective optimization question mathematical model.Then, in used in the genetic algorithm the engineering project in the optimization foundation, has made a man-machine exchange pattern connection through to the goal assignment weight's method.. Enables the policy-maker to be possible the optional input each goal assignment weight, thus policy-maker's participation the experience and the policy orientation manifest in this algorithm optimization process...
