During 21st century, with the social information and high technology intensified, the network became an indispensable element of the people's life, became the micro-enviroment of producte, accepte, exchange and share information and kowlege, also became an important platform of exchange the emotion, acquire kowlege, trade and communication, virtual community as an important extension of network play a role in two-way communication for internet users.The research of information management and knowledge sharing in virtual community explore the information resource management, management models, knowledge-sharing behavior factors, knowledge-sharing process and so on, try to find the impact factors and the general laws of information management and knowledge sharing in virtual community, and then construct a useful mechanisms, which is the conditions suitable to china's current development and vitual community development, the relative stability of the general laws of vitual community, in the basis of this mechanismand the waterfall mode of software design, implemente the educaion and teaching platform of virtual community, test the platform and provide feedback for the mechanism.The research contents and the main conclusions of this paper are:Firstly. Use the method of literature and data in the theroy summarization and analysis the definiton evolution process of virtual communities, information management and knowledge, summary the relevant outcome at home and abroad, on this base make the new definition, and bring the knowledge innovation into the virtual commnity;Secondly. Based on the theory of diversity management, combined the analysis of virtual community, design three new models, unified management, group to build unified management, group build group management. Use the method of case analysis take TianYa Virtual Community for the example to explain the three new resource management models;Thirdly. Be backed by the theory of planned behavior and humman support build the conceptual model of the knowledge sharing factors,the opinion is behavior and attitude, the main norms, perceived behaviral control knowledge sharing, the trust, intrinsic motivation, human-oriented informational technology, community culture, knowledge levels and the affecting the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in a dimension; then on the based the conceptual models expoud this dimensions, and product the Richter scale questionnaire to survey the five virtual commnities. Use the relevant factors and linear regression anlaysis methods analysis the date, the result is that the trust, user-friendly infromation technolgy, commnity and cultural atmosphere are the key factors to affect the knowledge sharing; Fourthly. Based on the factors, construct the mechanism, which include people-oriented the body of knowledge, human-oriented information technology, group-oriented information management, the Statute of the shared system, an effective incentive mechanism composed of an organic system, the system's core objects are community members and community managers;Finally. According to the mechanism and the waterfall model of software development, make the needs analysis, functionla design, database design, functional modules description, for the administrators, teachers, students design and development education subsystem, at the same time, test the system.
