Acid-base Concentration Of Electromagnetic Sensor

In the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and environmental protection fields, a wide range involves measuring the concentration of acid-base solution. Since electrical conductivity is in propotion to ion concentration of solution, we are able to induce the concentraton of solution from the electrical conductivity of it.In summing up this topic at home and abroad acid-base concentration of electromagnetic sensor research and development of the status quo on,the project is to analyse the text theory and parameters of acid-base concentration sensor of electromagnetic system. According to the electromagnetic induction, I propose that we should apply the contactless measuring stragtegy for the key texted parts of sensors.Excitation method uses a sinusoidal AC signal and have been got measuring amplifier and peak value, the concentration signals are sent to MCU to data processing after being transformed by AD. Eventually, we can see the results of concentration on the LCD. Owing to the contactless measuring method, we solve the electrode corrosive by traditional electrode contact measures. Meanwhile, this method applies the temperature compliment of software for the MCU to overcome the influence of temperature. We can use the embedded program Matlab formula in the MCD to realize automatic concentration and peak value transformation, and get the final concentration through operation processing.In the measurement of 0-14% and 18%-40% NaOH solution and 0-30% H2SO4 solution, the relative accuracy of the measurement sensors were±3%,±2%,±4%. Explored the sensitivity of the sensor with the measured concentration changes in the law. Experiments show the stability of the sensor has good performance. The text proves that the performance of this system runs reliably, and the measuring relative accuracy and stability are in line with Design requirements. The design of sensor gets the expected design specifications.Acid-base concentration of electromagnetic sensors can be used in a number of corrosive strong concentration measurements, is an ideal physical analysis instruments, with high precision, simple operation, good stability and convenient use.
