The metaphors of HBVs happened under the social transformation of China in the last ten years of the 20th Century. The author tries to using the context analysis, text analysis and discourse analysis methods to study how the community networking media to conduct the effective practice of healthy communication. From the relationship between the discourse transformation and new media technology, the author tries to set forth the role of new communication technologies in the process of discourse reconstruction, which through analyzing that how the grass community using the new media to fulfill the alternative resistance, achieving the vision of anti-social discrimination and anti-stigma for a grass-roots community and,realizing a harmonious society.
