Biosensors have become the important leading edge issues in the modern analytical chemistry and life science. The core of high sensitivity and selectivity of biosensors was choice of biological material and immobilization of the enzyme, is the difficult problem in the field of sensor technology. Nanomaterials in recent years have becoming popular in biosensors because of its superior characteristics. The innovation of this paper is multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) body-modified graphite electrode be the glucose biosensor bare electrode, and with the natural polymer chitosan(chit), polyethylene imine(PEI), and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) fix glucose exzyme(GOD) on the bare electrode by direct electron transfer(DET) glucose biosensor. Optimized their production conditions and performance comparison. Also studied the combination of the above three types to produced mediated electron transfer(MET) glucose biosensor with conductive polymers.Main contents and the results are as follows:1. Compared the difference between MWNTs body-modified graphite electrodes and pure graphite electrodes, found that body-modified MWNTs with simple technology, low-cost and good performance advantage.2. Optimized produced conditions for the DET glucose biosensor, compared the performance of the three types, the result is taking GOD with TEOS by sol-gel shows superior performance.3. Optimized conductive polymer film production process, combined with the three types of embedding material made MET glucose biosensor, after the discovery by the electrochemical properties, the polymer film properties of methylene blue(PMB) is better, with three immob materialilization combinations, especially with the TEOS; the poor performance of film poly neutral red(PNR) indicated it is not fit with the MWNTs body-modified graphite bare electrode used as biological sensors.
