The topic of this project is "Investment of Converged Information Processing Method used in the Frequency Modulated (FM)/Radialization", in which the problems of signal processing in the detection of the air targets (a certain battleplane) have been researched. Researches on the converged information processing have been done using the hardware systems based on the windband linear frequency modulated continuous wave(LFMCW) radar and the millimeter wave direct-current all-power radiometer.Through the analyses on the results of the windband LFMCW radar and the millimeter wave direct-current all-power radiometer, the Radio Cross Section (RCS) in the scattering module of a certain battleplane has been calculated, the radiation module of the battleplane has also been built based on the real geometrical size. Through simulations, the High Resolution Range Profiles (HRRP) of scattering module of the windhand LFMC W radar and the antenna temperature curve of the millimeter wave direct-current all-power radiometer have been obtained, in which the characteristic vectors of the HRRP and the radio temperature curve were analyzed using Wavelet Analysis. It is found that the extracted characteristic vectors in the data compression and anti-noise performances were superior compared with the original data. The superior performances in the target detections of the extracted characteristic vectors have also been proved when using the BP network to detect the target in the simulations.During the converged information processing, this paper introduces two scheme which based on parameter template and neural networks. The converged information processing based on parameter template have been researched. This paper gave two converged method based on neural networks, through simulating to detect the target, it can be found that two method can both improve the efficiency in target detection. The second method, which have less data than the first method, is timesaving in target detection.
