Nowdays information industry has become one of the most driving high technique grew-up points and the supports of economic society.The technology of laser communication is bringing the world into the information times with incogitability speed.As an important embranchment of laser communication, wireless optical communication can be applied widely such as the communication between satellites, wireless interconnection, wireless broadband access,emergency communication.Along with maturity of the technologies including exceedingly stable laser diode, high sensitivity and high speed receiver and advanced communication device, wireless optical communication has become one of the main developing directions of laser communication of next generation.At first, this paper gives a brief introduction of wireless laser communication, including characteristic, advantage, limitation, fields of the application, development level in the world,successful application,and so on. We have thoroughly analysed on wireless laser communication operating principle and structures.With the existing problems in the traditional wireless laser communication, we have carried out the improvement and innovation on system and designed a new system based on dispersion and multiple spot . We have divided the system into two parts:emitting and receiving devices. In the emitting part , we mainly describe the research on the selection of laser device, adaptive modulating method and the circuit of modulation. While in the receiving part ,we describe the principle of the laser receiver based on the remote infrared detector detailedly . Adopting MAX3665,MAX3761 and MAX3270 chips of MAXIM company designs photoelectric receive circuit. Based on the system model, we have simulated to wireless laser communication system using MATLAB/Simulink. We analyse on system function by simulated picture and check new systematic feasibility.Finally we have summarized the theories mentioned in this paper and pointed out some work to be improved in the future.
