With the development of the living standard of the people, Precision aluminum products have higher requirements. With the technological advances in electronic technology, industrial control continues to expand, aluminum production has been higher on the technical requirements for equipment, the aluminum crane is toward automatic direction. Traditional control method is to use the wired remote control, this approach complicated wiring, occurred dropped, extensions must re-wiring, process cumbersome, time consuming. So traditional wired control can no longer meet the requirements, wireless remote control conforms to the needs of the development of production.TAP Crane wireless remote control designed specifically for The aluminum smelter auxiliary equipment. According to the functions it has remote control handle and transmission tool. Remote controller aluminum contains buttons to control and liquid crystal display, Crane workers timely control TAP Crane basing on information on the LCD screen; Transmission tools have high-frequency wireless transmission and Serial RS-485.Their features are high transmission speed, a strong anti-interference. In which wireless transmission reduce lines, Guarantee the normal long-distance high-speed dissemination of data. It is a very practical value of the remote control.The paper introduces wireless remote control crane TAP's overall design, hardware design and software implementation. In the overall design consider the production environment needs,ease of function to achieve, choose the appropriate equipment; Hardware design includes serial 485 chip, FYD12864, NRF2401, TM317,TSP61020 about internal structural characteristics and chip peripheral connection interface; Software control in detail introduced the various chip initialization requirements, programming specifications, and precautions in use. Finally, test the whole system in detail.Crane remote control using high frequency wireless transmission module reduce interference and solve complicated problems of equipment lines; liquid crystal display increase in real-time; Low-power module reduce system power consumption, extend equipment life cycle. Final test results show that it is a very practical value of the remote control, use in production lines of Guizhou Aluminum Plant, the effect was significantly.
