Association Rules Algorithm

The Association rule that was firstly advanced by Agrawal is the focus of KDD research and still a hot topic among these specialists who devote to data mining research today.We firstly discussed classical algorithms of association rules mining, including Apriori algorithm,Sampling and partition and so on. Then, To solve the dissatisfactory data compression problem of classical algorithms by using horizontal data layout transaction database, we present the TDA-based storage structure of transaction database, and to research the TDA association rule mining algorithm and TDA Aparallel Algorithm for Mining Association Rules. Besides these, in order to solve the current existence of the fairness of the project, we propose the weighted association rules algorithm, including the vertical weighted association rules, the level of the weighted mixed weighted association rules and association rules.Finally, use the TDA-J association rules simulation systems, to compare the Apriori, TDA, and TDA-weighted algorithm efficiency, and user attention.
