The MWIRCMOS multimode Integrated Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly imaging system has high performance with high resolution, high frame rate and lightweight. It plays important roles in military and civilian affairs. In order to have a breakthrough in the infrared imaging system and catch up with the western countries, the Chinese researchers has increased investment in the MW focal Plane array thermal imaging system in the past few years. In this paper, the power circuit with lower noise and better quality are designed based on basic system theory analysis and power integrity analysis, and obtained well achievement.Firstly the developmental history of infrared thermal imaging system is looked back briefly in the paper. And it also discusses the advantage using place and the general trends of MWIRCMOS imaging systems. The basic theory of electromagnetic compatibility and power integrity analysis are also introduced in the paper. Depending on the analysis of simultaneous switching noise (SSN). the key issues of power noise, and power application technologies, we could gain the theoretical Basis of power design. Then, for the purpose of high performance and low noise power design, the power system of MWIRCOMS imaging system is developed, which is able to stably supply for front and analog circuit and back end digital imaging processing circuits.Finally, a summary is given about the design of the power circuit of the infrared cooled focal plane array thermal imaging system. In addition, the insufficiency is Presented, all of these is the base of the following research on of this topic.
