With the continuous development of edible fungi industry and the expansion of markets, our edible fungi products are moving forward from roughing to fine processing. At present, compared with developed countries, the problems have mainly been such as the low level of processing, the backwardness of technique and equipment, the low degree of automation in the deep processing of edible fungi in China. These Problems have seriously hampered the quality of edible fungus lentinan and products. The paper introduced the thin-film evaporation to the production of edible fungus lentinan. It focused on the control system of the thin-film evaporation complete equipment .It has great practical significance to improve the level of automation for the edible fungus lentinan production in the domestic edible fungus industry and to promote industrialization and modernization development.Firstly, the working principle of the thin-film evaporator and the related auxiliary equipment were introduced. The extracts of the edible fungus lentinan was selected to study, and the best process parameters of the processing that condensing the edible fungus lentinan extracts were obtained, which provided a basis for other liquid.Secondly, the thin-film evaporation equipment control system was researched and designed. The control system was based on the Industry Personal Computer(IPC), programmable logic controller(PLC) and touch screen of the distributed control system, which consisted of the PLC, sensors and the implementation modules to form a lower control system, and to formed an upper control system with the touch screen and remote industrial control computer. According to the requirements of the control system, the control methods and the communication between the PLC and touch screen, as well as touch screen and remote IPC system ,were given .Thirdly, the main circuit and control system grounding was designed according to the requirements of the control system. In the control circuit of the control system, the number and analog inputs and outputs of the PLC were designed. The control method for the lower control system was studied. The PID algorithm was realized to complete the analog closed-loop control by using PLC.At last, the program of the touch screen and remote computer was designed by configuration software, the functions were achieved such as the process monitoring, the temperature and pressure controlling, real alarming and historical data querying.
