Currently, civil engineering accident occurred frequently in different countries and resulted significant casualties and property losses. Therefore, the performance of the structure used for monitoring and diagnosis, discovering of the structure of the injury timely, warning of possible disasters, and assessing the safety of the structure has become an essential requirement for future project's development, and this field has became a very important development in the field of health diagnosis.Using image recognition technology of computer to complete this optical imaging systems, hardware systems and software system of the structure of displacement monitoring system, and I have completed the monitoring of the structure model and component, and have conclude that the structural displacement monitoring system's accuracy is under mm-level.The structure of displacement monitoring system based on image recognition technology have several advantages, such as easy operation, high performance/price ratio, high measuring accuracy and speed, the system's performance is stable and reliable, and this system meet the design requirements, and overcome the deficiency of manual measuring, has the a good effect in the monitoring of structure model and component.
