Application of digital image processing in dynamic displacement detection is the revolution of traditional method which use by sensor, this method has merits of long distance and untouched detection, it can record date by itself and deal with a series of date in time. For such displacement of high buildings under wind load and displacement of bridges under live load, the method has good advantage. We had proved this method was a kind of handy and effective measure by static experiment,dynamic experiment and several actual projects.To make the system more convenient, it need for a convenient method of observation and High-precision data processing method. As for monitoring and detecting dynamic displacement, because of giant information, it has complexity of measure apparatus and date processing. Optimization of the system will enable measurement equipment as simple as possible, the operation is more convenient. Put forward a automatic calibration method based on region growing and surface fitting. Dynamic tracking use a window-centroid tracking algorithm.This study has improved the measurement system, put forward a new image acquisition system. Link the image acquisition box with a Portable notebook computer by USB interface, it can acquisiting image in the wild scene which more complex. Updated the function of image acquisition process, Satisfy the requirements of sequence acquisition. By increasing the handling process of bitmap conversion, it can make all kinds of image acquisition hardware can handle by converting later. The improved procedures make the acquisition and processing in the same part of a framework of procedures and make convenient operation. Increase the function which use of image processing technology for surface crack detection. Use the mathematical approach of edge contour , contour extraction, thining and so on . Though using the system for strain detection and displacement detection, proved the better operability and compatibility of optimized system.
