With the process of environmental protection of the China's coating industry continues to advance, as a whole, the industry needs to put the coating equipment to a higher demand level. At present, the majority of domestic coating plant manufacturing equipment is using the low-level controlling technology, and the imported complete sets of equipment is also expensive, therefore it is not a perfect substitute for internal control of equipment. So it is important to design the more advanced control equipment, using a much-higher industrial control technology and putting the whole industry in line with China's national conditions.The design is based on the ground that the subsidiary machinery of Beijing YanShan Petrochemical Corporation cooperation with the Nanjing University of Science and Technology. For the R-1500 series spray machine, we design the more advanced control equipment, developing the high-performance spray machine controller to realize the function that the product is energy-saving and the control level is greatly improved, so as to enhance the R-1500 series spray machine products more competitive in the marketplace. The design is based the background that analysis the original painting products of the control technology and put a variety of motor control programs by comparison, for the problem the nozzle can not be precisely controlled, we put the integrated devices motor control program, using ATmega series AVR MCU and Tai'an Inverter to realize the establishment of double-loop intelligent control system model, the movement of the nozzle velocity trajectory and precise control.In this paper, we analysis the functions of the new controller , and complete the system design, system hardware and software design and development of detailed work, and then spray machine controller and the combination of machinery and equipment, through a series of debugging the actual scene and test results show that the controller is simple, and stable communication between the converter to achieve the desired function and performance requirements to achieve a precise control of spray nozzle machine.In this paper, the research and design work for small electrical and mechanical equipment design and development of intelligent controller has a certain reference value.
