Design And Implementation Of The Bank Of Character Terminal Automated Regression Testing Tool

Since the 20th century,the computer invented,information systems have been a great deal of popularity in the enterprises.Especially the banks,insurance and other financial industries,because of their huge volume of customers and a strong financial background,became the first generation of universal access to information systems businesses.But customer demands always changing,the existence systems need to constantly change to fit new demands.This required regression testing to ensure the correctness of the system's changes.Especially for banking, finance and other high precision enterprises,the requirements of correctness are extremely strict.However,due to the current existing automated testing tools do not support the bank's character terminals, thus the banks often use the manual test.This wilt not only spend a lot of manpower and resources,but also was difficultly to ensure correctness. So the automation regression testing tool of the banking characters terminal has become urgent needs of the banks.Paper was set in the use of the automate regression testing in the banking characters terminal,analyzed the current mode of manual regression testing,found the existing problems,and detailed several key technologies,such as Telnet communication protocols used by the banking system,Hibernate and Spring used by the tools.After having made a reference to the existing automated test tools and test management tools on the market,analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,and combined with a specific bank's actual operating system,paper put forward a set of automated regression testing solution with characters terminal in the bank and introduced the requirement analyze,detailed design and implementation of the regression testing tool.Finally,paper pointed out shortcomings of the regression testing system in the application and look forward to the futurity of it.
