As a strong data processing technique, statistics method gains more attention in genome sequence analysis.Chaos Game Representation(CGR)proposed by Jeffrey basing on iterated function system, represents the word statistics distribution in sequence as the fractal feature of image, therefore the CGR method can be regard as a very handy statistics method of genome sequence analysis.Wavelet method can analyze signal of different scale and is Robust, independent of period and more exact than traditional methods and then gives a more exact result than other methods. Here we propose a multifractal analysis based on wavelet transform modulus maxim (WTMM)to deal with the genome sequence's CGR image. The multifractal spectrums and general Hurst exponent calculated from our wavelet multifractal analysis method are effective parameters to describe the multifractal feature of genomic sequences. The experiment result get from the genomic slice sequences of 15 species shows that the characteristic parameters of exon sequences are significant different from intron sequences, gene blank sequences and the other sequences. So, we figure out that the exon sequences have more single fractal structure while other kinds of sequences have more complex mulitfractal structure.Furthermore the exon sequences have special long range correlation different from other sequences.
