With the increase of China's TV advertisements,the TV spots Combination for customer is getting more complications.Because of the television advertisement is especially important in time(per second),and the advertisement expenses is expensive,the amount of information that need to be collect is also specially huge,so it need to build a system that can make combinations of TV spots according to customer's budget and needs.Currently,the mature system of the abroad can't use in China directly;and China's existing system about this is limited,high of maintenance expenses,so that it's not universaled.So far most of the advertisement agencies still make the combinations of TV spots for customer by their experience, the efficiency is very low,and often take place the circumstance that the spot has already exceed for current date.Therefore,it needs to designs a system that reasonable of the combinations of TV spots,it can combine TV spots automatically by budget and markets that customs set in advance.According to this,this text will make use of the existing DSS method,and TV spots combine model.This thesis with the background of television advertises,study the general regulation and principle by recommendation work and the operation mode of TV advertisement,build a DSS support system that can make most reasonable combinations of TV.This system is combined with model base,knowledge base, method base,database.It not only has the knowledge of reason logically,but also has the calculation ability of the fixed amount,and can combin this two functions, reply on the data,by study the history data of the TV advertisement,providing the all-directions decision support for the users.Before this thesis,there has no related research of this aspect in China.This thesis's research will fill up the blank of China's TV advertise spots combination system.It absorbed the experience of artificial to combine the TV spots cuently,and make up the weekness of considers not over all the spots,and the results monotone. According to the research of Decision Support System,provide a new way of thinking and frames of TV spots Combination to the whole TV advertisement profession,put forward the suggestions to the ad agents and customers.
