Electron business affairs is a production of fast progressing of 20th century, an information and Network age, bring forward a new challenge, make a great effect and bring a series of chance in development at substance affairs.Software engineering is a subject which researching a high quality, useful and applied software with engineering way, and come down to programming language, data-base, tools of software exploitation, system plat, standard, projecting mode and so on.With the disseminating using of technology and computer , community information is advancing. More and more people is coming into software engineering and the affairs pertinently.。Nowadays, software programming exoterica is maturity. But the software designers are always design with the technique requirement, and losing their sight of effect of software trussing in the whole software project. This is means that someone give out the requirement documents to the design room and the designer have to work it out according to the document, which become design is coming from requirement and system coming from design. Of cause, today's ways of software programming get to know this model's unilateralism direction. And make out feedback from the designer to analyst. So, these modern method are always base on the suppose of production from design of requirement as well. Therefore, we need to research another factor of moulding our software, this is software-truss.This dissertation is base on electron business affairs and substance affairs, which want to introduce a process of visual data collecting and administrating system. It introduces a whole process of software requirement, designing and testing, and discussing some key steps in requirement control, and methods of quality control and the key steps of testing. With in these problems, we bring forward the solutions.Querying super huge amounts of data from data-base which is based upon multithreading is a sort of valuable policy for fast-reading while there are lots of data in data-base. According to an example of reading huge amounts of data, this paper do an analysis to show how to optimize querying from millions pieces of informations and do a real time display, withal, a fast-querying method is proposed, which can be a useful reference for engineering design henceforth.
