Along with the modernization of the armed forces constantly development,the vehicles have become the main transportation vehicle.The vehicles'management is being more and more standard. As in the society our joint logistics department institution yard vehicles'number is increasing quickly, but we don't keep the pace with the world,the level of the vehicles management is behind the latest way, as we know, we use the manual management and the IC card short distance induction management. The efficiency of these two kinds of management is lower,and the precision is not high, manpower physical resource is not taken full advantage,and it has some trouble to the consult,above all ,it is difficult for these ways of management to adapt to the quick rhythm work.Along with the computer technology development, as the knowledge economy time's product, the computer has been widely applied in social each profession and the domain.1 At present, Our country's technology are developing at a high speed , the computer is playing the role of the broadest modernized tool to penetrate into each domain, and be becoming the important prop of the future information society. Modern vehicles management,resources construction all have had the tremendous change, and the vehicles management no longer uses the traditional manual statistics,manual management, while these works are given to the computer comprehensively.This system leads to the vehicles management realization automation, enhances the supervisory work efficiency, and strengthens the vehicles safety control coefficient.In view of above questions,with our unit automated command workstation support coordination, we developed a new system of management to suit the intelligence management which manages the army interior vehicles . This system takes the garage intelligence equipment as the base, and carries on the automatic confirmation using the non-contact intelligence RFID cards.While it uses wireless and the wired network to make the signal transmission clear, carry on synthesis processing using the server and the terminal the distributional vehicles automation to manage the platform.The system has many functiongs ,for example, the vehicles'information storage, checks and reads, on the net sends vehicles, the short text prompt and so on.Besides,it has many characteristics , the reliability, the confirmation rate is high,installs the maintenance easily and so on,while it does not need the manual control, automatically completes a series of work,for example field data gathering, comparison and switch control. The system saves the manpower, enhances the working efficiency, reduces the human error and against rules to pass. At the same time,it provides a new hi- tech for keeping entire barracks area safety and security work to guard against the violates. This set of system operation is simple and easy to operate, but quite effective, safe.As enhancing the automation level, the standardized level of the vehicles management,it plays a important role in our management of entire barracks area.
