In recent years, with the enlargement of campus network scale, application of the campus network is more and more useful. As a result, various kinds of network problem occur. For this huge compound body, the key of solving the network problem is to fix the position. Therefore, to use scientific management and thorough analysis to network discharge and related circumstance are becoming the most important step. At the same time, it is one of the important means to solve the network problems and to make a network programming. The thesis analysizes deeply the technique of collecting data flow, and select more advanced NetFlow technique after reasonable comparison. According to NetFlow campus net discharge management system, it's aim is to realize the high speed collection of original net data and discharge data for Hexi University and reach hour surveillance and statistics, the most important point is to do statistics work by analysis of NetFlow data. So, for NetFlow service promoter, the important guarantee for high quality service is to serve advanced discharge management system, it plays an important role.Chapter 1 introduces the tend of technique of network management and the function of management, analigsizes the target of NetFlow discharge mamagement system. Chapter 2 analysizes the current methods of collecting network data flow, with comparison of advantages and disadvantages, and introduces the principles of NetFlow technique, data format and its application in detail. Chapter 3 introduces the whole design of discharge management system, and analysizes the function of each subsystem. In chapter 4,the auther introduces some key data structures and the database design of the system. Chapter 5 introduces design of data colleting module in detail. While chapter 6 introduces the data processing module. The last chapter, chapter 7, summorizes on the system development and elaborates on the remaining issues of the system and gives an outlook for the application of NetFlow technique.
