The Research work of this dissertation can be divided into two parts. The first part is the research on dielectric resonator antenna; the other one is the research on high power pulse radiation module.In the first part, the development of dielectric resonator antenna is summerized. And the feed mechanism and the methods of bandwidth enhancement are reviewed. By the improvement of feed mechanism and the reduction of effective relative permittivity, the impedance bandwidth of dielectric resonator antenna can be improved from 10% to nearly 40%.In the second part, the mechanism of blumlein pulse forming network is researched. The antipodal Vivaldi antenna is improved to be integrated with the the blumlein pulse forming network. A high power pulse radiation module is developed. The high voltage resistance can be reached to 17KV, the peak power can reach 14.45MW.
