The Securities Industry Customer Profile Management System

Records are used as the existing forms of various information, such as societal politics, economy, culture and art information, they became more and more indispensable important information resources after that were endlessly formed and accumulated. Accompanied with continuous development of the stock industry, the amounts of customer are constantly increasing in the stock exchange. Customers'transaction haven't gradually used paper as computer and internet technology were grown, however, due to regulatory and standard requirements, customers'paper information are reserved when they open an account or edit their information, so paper records were more and more, They were still managed in traditional and backward manual mode, many such customers'records were be in a long-term disorder and scattered condition. Aimed at the existing problems, the record management systems based on Client/Server model was preferred to speed up informationization process of paper record management. There are four main contents in this thesis:First, based on a lot of research and analyze about basic theories and actual practical issues in record management etc, the necessity and feasibility of record management informationization were preferred.Second, with the demands for customers' record management system in the stock industry, the appliance of Client/Server, SQL Server and ADO technology were studied on the customers'record management systems in the stock industry etc.Third, the model of customers' record management system is established, which is based on C/S mode, explained total design and implementation of the system on the basis of module type, the design and implementation of SQL Server Stored Procedures were described in detail. By use of Visual C++ langue, we succeeded to carry out the engineering of visiting SQL-Server Stored Procedures through ADO port, visiting multimedia equipment through VFW port, and the DES encryption algorithm.Fourth, some related explanations were shown in the system's security, availability, scalability, and so on. When the system was come true, it would provide a set of advanced, secure, integrated and entire procedural way for customers'record management, and act on the certain model and practical significance which was used to solve the problem of customers' record management informationization in the stock exchange at present.
