The Campus Synthetical Management System Based on IC Card is the Synthetical Management System that the information is stored in IC card and it is applicable in compus management and consumption.The Campus Synthetical Management System Based on IC Card can free university from cockamamie and low efficient management pattern, promote computerized management in each unit and each department of university, realize oneness and criterion in all data of the whole university depending on compus information net in university, really reach modernization and informationization in compus management. In the other side, this system can maximum facilitate the life of students and teachers, relieve their troubles to take many kinds of cards, really realize"one card in hand can go over the whole campus".The overall project of the campus management is proposed in the thesis first, then the hardware and software design of the system is introduced detailedly. The system is composed by the card-issuing system, personal account management system, student management system, classes and performance management system,computer room charge system, library management system, canteen management systems, intelligent examination of computer system ,Attendance Intelligent Access Control System ;the design of hardware includes Selection of IC cards, reader module MCM500 core chip, RF read-write Module 11T6. interface circuit of MCU and MCM read-write chip and RF read-write Module Diagrams;Software designing includes MCM software programming instructions, RF Module communication protocol, Reader literacy process design, database development, database connectivity and VB environment management module application development. Finally Maintenance Management System module as an example of IC card-based integrated management of the school system R&D process.The topic sufficiently considers the characteristic of all types of the current IC card application systems and campus smart card system, make extensive reference to the applications of the IC card in ID card,medical treatment,social insurance,bus ticket,bank credit card,network attestation,district management and public utilities charge aspects,a project is proposed on the above basis.we achieved many key technologies such as the development of the General Mifare Card Reading-Writing tools, the communications and connections between the Mifare Card Reading-Writing tools and the mainframe, the network connections of the database and the development of the campus synthetic information management software platform under VB environment with limited funding. our applied technologies have Self-dominated Intellectual Property Right and we lay a foundation for the implementation of the campus Card construction and the marketization of the applied technologies in the furture.In addition, this topic also provides the students of this campus with a well integrative training base of the practise and exercise taches as electric and information, computer network and SCM application.
