The application and popularization of networks have fundamentally changed people's traditional way to obtain information。While the users easily and quickly through the network share massive resources, "information explosion", "information overload", " information garbage " and many other questions have also become increasingly serious with the proliferation of the amount of information. The convenient of network is a two-edged sword, on the one hand that makes it easy to share and access network resources ,on the other hand the network information also include a large number of useless or even unhealthy information . Therefore, how to quickly and accurately find their own required resources and exclude the interference of litter information has become the problem that the society has especially concerned.Along with the applications of the text filtering technology in the e-mail, message subscription, information security become more widespread, user's demanding is more and more higher. On demand in the filter, users pay more attention to the filtering of the semantic information and the opinion information, the traditional statistical-based and machine learning-based filtering technology has not been able to satisfy with the filtering requests of such information. In recent years, the study of semantics information filtering has become a hot problem in information processing field.This article will introduce the concept of ontology to the filtering technology, and realize semantic information filtering useing ontology.The filtering system in this paper can be divided into two sub-systems——one is for capturing and regrouping the data packets and the other is inofrmation filtering sub-system using ontology-based profile. In this paper multi-layered filtering approach, at the network layer, base on URL or IP, port blacklist for packet filtering, at the application layer, base on keyword for filtering firstly, and then use ontology-based information filtering. In the filtering sub-system using ontology-based profile , we introduce an approach to construct the user's profile based on ontology.Ontology provides a formal way to describe the semantics relations between the concepts by using the means of concept-properties model. Collceting a large number of knowledge infomration in the advertisement domain.Using the official commodity classification standard and the extensive ad tpyes,come to a clear and broad ad domain knowkdge base.
