| The Flexible scheduling system is a critical system for the auto manufacture field.To deploy an effective Flexible scheduling management system is essential to standardize an auto manufacture process.The author of this article has combined with several years working experiences in auto and good enough knowledge of the most advanced auto-manufacture management system of the world to investigate detailed and adequately the application situation,problem and implementation technology of domestic and GM manufacture management system.Aim to the shortage of the current manufacture system being used in mainframe environment such as old tech and complicated interfaces to cause many malfunctions during regular maintenance.Also the current system let the firm hard to control the huge expense cost due to the GMNA helpdesk and could only use the third part support of EDI service.Furthermore it's very difficult to develop again because the user could not find the related document of interface which is lost for a long time.It's essential to design a new flexible schedule management system which can meet enterprise's need.The article firstly analyzed the situation of the flexible schedule system which is being used and its contribution,then analyzed fully the basic function(Order handling module,MIS report,Administration etc) and the work processes of these functions,which found the shortage of the current manufacture support management system.Our system designed each business logic modules with oriented object UML model language,so it decreased development risk and gain rapidly improved development efficiency.It has a good stability and extensibility under popular B/S three-ply system structure and advanced J2EE framework.We used good MVC design model successfully by J2EE and Struts key technologies.The article mainly introduced the MVC and the J2EE technology,method.The system is an example and guideline to deploy and develop an auto manufacture support system in local auto-enterprises. |
