Remote telemetry is the only way reporting to the ground station if the every system of the aero flight work normally after it launched, and also the only judgment to the ground station if it need intervene. It may lead the whole flight mission failed in the worst case if the Remote Sensing were irrationally designed.The Remote telemetry equipment of the spacecraft is a distributed system, according to the requirement of the large amount of client, broad range of distribution, high reliability, and longevity, and the limit of bulk and power consume, it need design rationally, make the equipment satisfy the requirement of function, high reliability, and high capability of anti-interfering.Because there is no congener product can be selected in domestic aero remote telemetry data acquisition system field when starting designing the aero spacecraft remote telemetry data acquisition, and congener product in overseas often applied on rockets and airplanes, its coding ration was high, and the modulation mode is PCM, and the design ways of the remote telemetry equipment in the world only had single mode or dual hot backup mode. According to the requirement of the whole system, this equipment applied low coding ration, DPSK mode, part dual hot backup system, solved the problem of long wire interfering, make the communication among the equipment simple and reliability, achieve the multi-channel of data send down, designed a spacecraft remote telemetry data acquisition system which serve the requirement of spacecraft application, and accord to domestic trait.This dissertation firstly applied the system of bus-mode, university, series, and module, furthermore, optimized the I/O design and EMC design, make the product function specific partition, the structure simple, the knock-down easy, the extensity strong, and the reliability high, make it easily applied on other aero spacecraft remote telemetry systems.The result of testing in lab and the practice application both demonstrate the rationality of this design.
