Two Re-costing System

Cost accounting is the main part of the cost management. In order to count total cost and single cost, it sorts all kinds of cost created by enterprise in produce procedure. The accuracy of cost accounting directly affects the control work of enterprise such as cost forecast,plan,analyse,assessee and evolutionary. At the same time, the accuracy of cost accounting also affects the enterprise cost decision and management decision. Cost accounting is a procedure which really reflects all kinds of cost in produce procedure and management procedure. At the same time, it is a procedure which makes the cost management more better. So, cost accounting is most important factor in achievement of enterprise cost plan,cost control and achievement of object cost.Because of the particularity of China Erzhong operation, there is no suitable software for cost accounting. This thesis is a summary for developing a special software which is applied to cost accounting of China Erzhong. The purpose that we develop this software is that:First, it can strengthen the ability of cost accounting of China Erzhong. Second, it can improve the evolutionary of enterprise management and cost effectiveness.At last, the software can improve the work efficiency of accounting department.Aiming at these problems, we analyze the pattern of cost accounting of China Erzhong. At last, we decide to realize the software using the design pattern based on storage procedure. The main research includes:1.Discussing the produce framework flow of China Erzhong and the way of cost accounting2.ANALYZING THE POWERDESIGNER, THE DATABASE MODELING TECHNOLOGY. WE USE THE BPM TO DESCRIBE ALL KINDS OF INTERNAL TASK AND INTERNAL FLOW IN BUSINESS. WE CAN USE A CHART TO DESCRIBE PROGRAM, PRODUCE FLOW, INFORMATION AND INTERACTION EFFECT IN CORPORATION PROTOCOL. THE FUNCTION OF PDM IN MODELING TOOL IS TO DEFINE PHYSICAL STRUCTURE OF DATABASE. WE CAN TRANSLATE THE PDM INTO SQL SCRIPT. THEN WE CAN CREATE THE REVELANT A STORAGE STRUCTURE WITH THE SQL SCRIPT.3.ANALYZING SQLSERVER, THE DATABASE TECHNOLOGY. THIS INCLUDES: USING STORED PROCEDURE,TRIGGER,SELF-DEFINITION FUNCTION. BASED ON IT , WE BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMANCE APPLICATION SYSTEM WHICH IS EASY TO MAINTAIN.When the system is used in China Erzhong, we form the effecient accounting information flow between department accounting and enterprise accounting. At the same time, it simplifies the cost caculation method, improves the work efficiency. And it changes the work center from the data assembling to data analysis. With this system, we achieve much more economic profit.
