Military Portable Information Processing Terminal Design

The paper contraposes the special request of modern military portable equipment and describes design and implement of the military portable information processing terminal in detail. Information processing terminal uses embedded processor PXA270 which is produced by Intel corporation,and uses FLASH and SDRAM as system internal memory.Based on the requirement of video capture and display,the graphics accelerated co-processor SM502 is used to meet the fuction of VGA and LCD display in information processing terminal. And It expands many standard interfaces, such as UART,CF card, USB, VGA, TFT, video capture, Ethernet.This design uses the USB keyboard and touch panel as the command inputting device and uses the LCD as the information outputting device.In the phase of implement, It describes the design technology of high speed digital circuit ,analysises the main factor that impacts the SI and EMI and brings forward some effective measure on basis of theory of electromagnetic and transmission line. It is proved that the military portable information processing terminal has met the initial design requirements on performance,size,power consumption,reliablity and scalability .
