Active Database Technology In The Banking Crm Research

Traditional database system can only be based on the user's direct request,so that it can only provide data services passively, not have the initiative functions that accroding to the database internal state to make the appropriate operation and processing. Active Database is made of database and artificial intelligence technologies, it allows the database to take the initiative to respond to the incident. Active database support the incident - conditions - Action (ECA) rules, events (such as databases status change, time, external signal) caused the test of the corresponding conditions, if the conditions are true, then implementate the appropriate actions. A rule is made of three parts: a event of triggering the rules, the conditions of implementating the rules, and the actions when conditions are true. We called the actions as the trigger actions. At present the majority of the implementation actions'main idea is implemented as a trigger action as part of the incident.
