In this thesis, it has completed a subsystem of the China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC) Boss's comprehensive business system project to open accounts for Mobile phone users.The system has adopted currently more popular browser/server system architecture to develop a web exchange platform for CMCC to deal with customer demand. This system has the following feature: It has good system structure, fast and easy to operat, has the strong maintainability and scalability, it's able to add the new function according to actual situation in the web page, system running state can be provided and the mistake can be reported, maintenance costs low.In this thesis,first of all, it has introduced the background of the project,after a brief the development status and trends of internal boss system,research goals and content of the thesis as well as organizational structure;then it has introduced technology and theory involved in this thesis;then it has introduced the overall project plan and design of the database in this thesis,include system requirements analysis,system design and selected development tools;finally,it has described the realization of system in detail,so that it makes this system has able to query user information, register a new user details, inqure about brand , check resources, calculate a variety of costs, print information.Specifically, this thesis has completed major work include the following elements:⑴.It has completed a module to query user information, the module can be used for the cmcc staff query a user who whether china mobile users.⑵.It has completed a module to register new user details, the module can be used for the cmcc staff register the new user information and open accounts information.⑶.It has completed a module to ordered services for chinese mobile users; the module could be used to provide mobile services products for users.⑷.It has completed a module to calculate the cost of new chinese mobile users and print information, the module can be used to calculate all kinds of costs for users and print these information.
