Perspective Of Social Capital Research, Reporters And Sources Of Information Dissemination

The research about the relationship between reporters and sources will have a positive profound practical and theoretical value for practice news journalism and mass communication of information collection. However, the existing sources of journalists and the majority of the studies still limited to the ethical dimensions of press interviews with the case studies, the lack of aspects of interpersonal communication, as well as macro-social structure aspects ,and use the quantitative analysis method to research the relationship between journalists and the sources.This article discusses the research status quo about the relationship between reporters and sources, as well as impact study which use the theory of social capital on the relationship between reporters and sources. After that we use LinNan theoretical model of social capital, respectively, from a macro and micro levels of social class level to analysis the phenomena and the corresponding assumptions about the relationship sources of news and the information communication between them. Then, we survey the 72 journalists who came from the two cities in Fujian Radio, Film and Television. In this paper, the social strata of the macro-data analysis, the use of the frequency distribution, cross-list analysis and two-tailed correlation analysis, the results of analysis confirm that in spite of a wide range of potential social capital the journalists have, but the real news can be used by the community capital and journalists mainly in similar positions in the social strata. Interpersonal relationships in the micro-level analysis, we use the structural equation models method to research the information dissemination by the effect of strength of the relationship between journalist and the source. The result largely support the original hypothesis and our model that the journalist and sources keep a strong tie will make journalist take information simpler. Finally, we discussed the result of our research, the press and news about the future focus and direction of the source of recommendations.This breakthrough innovation is the traditional source of research news and personal news reporters rigidly ethical and professional ethics of limitations. In the perspective of social capital, the reporters and sources to study at a broader social context, the use of empirical research methods to a more objective source of news and intensity of the personal relations of the impact of the dissemination of information were studied.
