| Currently, the research and application of P2P technology is wider and wider, P2P Resource Locator technology and P2P file-sharing technology has been widely applied to various kinds of download software. On the other hand, the embedded products have also been widely applied into the various fields of human life. For example, in the area of aerospace, communication, finance, energy, transportation, irreplaceable embedded products are playing a crucial role. Along with people's pursuit of high quality life, the demand of portable entertainment products that based on embedded systems is increasing. But in the current market, there are rarely embedded products supporting the P2P network download features. Thus the ultimate goal of this project is: Implementing P2P download functions based on ADI's Blackfin ADSP-BF561 Embedded Platform.The main contents of this thesis are:1) Studied P2P file-sharing protocol: BitTorrent protocol together with successful transplantation of the BitTorrent Client software, CTorrent software, to the Blackfin ADSP-BF561 platform of the ADI Company.2) Researched the P2P source location algorithm Kademlia protocol against the disadvantage of unable to get peers under the tracker server's out of service situation..3) Considering the characteristic of embedded system platform, which is that there are little resources available on the platform, we minimized the Kademlia protocol to fit the requirement and realized the minimized Kademlia model which is based on this protocol through analyzing the Kademlia packets.4) Integrated the minimized model based on Kademlia into the whole framework of the CTorrent software, and made it has the function of resource locating.During the testing, the P2P download software CTorrent operated normally on the Blackfin ADSP-BF561 platform. And the CTorrent software, which is improved on algorithm level, has increased the P2P resource locating function and behaved effectively to obtain peer resources on Linux platform. |
