Popularization of Internet greatly boosts the pace of national information.At the same time,it brings rare development opportunities with us.However,it also gave a series of security problems.Cryptology is the core technique of the information security.It has important theoretic meaning and practical values to strengthen research and improve on encryption technique..Modern cryptograph can be divided into symmetrical key system(public key system) and dissymmetrical key system(private key system).According to the information security regulation of data administration,this paper shall ensure the security and integrality of electronic data in storage and network transportation.And also it should research into encryption algorithm thoroughly.Selecting AES symmetric encryption algorithm achieves encryption for E-document.The RAS asymmetric encryption algorithm achieves AES key encryption.Meanwhile,to prevent data illegal modification, MD5 arithmetic identifies integrality of electronic data.Experiment demonstratest,this paper brings forward the encryption techniques project to effectively resolve the security problem of E-document storage and network transportation.Moreover,this project is characterized of simpleness and strong maneuverability.
