With the rapid development of the Chinese network game industry, there are billions of game players. Such a huge user base bring a huge revenue to the internet game service provider and also shows network game's core value as the media platform. From year 2007, some professional in game advertisement companies were engendered in China. One of their core business is build up the in game advertisement management platform(IGALive).IGALive is one of the new business models from game industry supply chain. The new business model needs the new technical platform as the infrastructure. So the requirement of IGALive was generated. Since it needs interaction of the 3D game and D3D engine to realize the show up of the advertisement in the game, it showed that the platform needs the requirement of innovation and breakthrough point.With the reference to the principle of internet advertisement platform and combined with the feature of 3D game, after many times proof by the experts, the new IGALive server module structure and IGA client engine technical structure was invented.This article was focused on IGALive server side's function of issue management, advertisement perform service, resource download, data collection and their interaction; the IGA client side engine module design, 3D graphic engine of game and the interaction between the IGALive server were also analysed. More important it provide the solution to the core technology of indentifying the AD placement and how to issue AD etc.
