Labor Security Management Information System Platform Design

Shanghai Municipal Labor and Social Security Management Information System manages all of the city's labor and employment, social insurance, and other important information. With the development of the situation, the importance of labor and social security in the entire social life has become increasingly prominent. In order to change the unfavorable situation of independent subsystems and scattered databases, the labor and social security system constructs centralized data platform, to serve as the foundation and core of a new system, to support the various applications, to provide a mature and developed basic platform for business processing and decision-making.Centralized data management meets the management and service needs of high quality and high efficiency. Centralized data platforms of labor and social security system achieves the data resources of the unified modeling in logic layer and centralized storage in physical layer. Thus, processing, sharing, use and maintenance of information have become convenient and efficient.This paper discusses the design and implementation of the centralized data platform to aim to build a concentrated, unified, safe and efficient data platform, highlighting work in the following areas:First, according to the function of the data platform, to achieve a reasonable framework of data distribution and realize separate storage of ultra-large-scale data.Second, optimizing the data structure, and setting up secure database system users and competence distribution system, and using partitioning technology to improve system performance.Third, aimed with high reliability and high performance, designing and implementing data storage system to realize database physical space allocation.Finally, constructing efficient, reliable and flexible data exchange mechanism to ensure the unity, integrity and consistency in logical of entire data, to share information resources effectively.
