With more and more closer of international communicating, popularizing of PC and meeting the demand of internet, the computer translation has been commonly approved and used widely. The research about this topic has been largely developed over the world.Multilingual-translation is one difficult topic in machine translating. Among the current principles of machine translation, the Intermediate language method becomes the first choice of the multilingual-translation's central principle because the researchers do not need to master above two languages and add the languages step by step, the definition of disambiguation is simple. Now China is developing MMT(Asia Multilingual-Translation Plan).Researching the relevant key technology about Multilingual-translation's platform has the important theory and application value.This paper analyzes the current two translation-systems and selects the Intermediate language's direction. Combining with the existing researching, mainly research the relevant topics of the Intermediate language which is from Chinese to MMT. Detailed describing how to add the Chinese translation's function in MMT and analyzing the mechanism which MMT's Intermediate language analyzes and creates. Designing one Intermediate language used in the Chinese-English translation system, which is according with the MMT's mechanism, defining the transition principle which is from Chinese to the Intermediate language. Through extending LR arithmetic realizes the disambiguation which is from the Chinese depending relation to the transition process. Building one testing module of Chinese-English based on the Intermediate language, during the research about testing module, because there are some mismatches in the memory of ISN and Coding. This paper will research the resolution when meeting garbles in multilingual-translation. This paper resolves the relevant questions about GB18030 when building the Linux multilingual processing platform. Approve my design through the experiment.
