Traffic Control Knowledge Based On Rough Set Theory, Research, Acquisition And Decision-making

Rough Set theory proposed by Poland scholar Z. Pawlak in early 1980's is a powerful tool for data analysis. They have gained increasingly studying in recent years, and have been successfully used in widely fields such as machine learning, decision analysis, process control, knowledge discovery in database, expert system etc. Based on the analysis a great deal of experience date rough set theory may find the decision-making rules, meanwhile according some in-definite and un-intact attribute decision-making object to infer the mostly exact rules. Therefore, studying the method of knowledge acquisition based on rough set theory has important significance.This text introduced the basic theory of rough set, and it's the first time to talk together about rough set theory and traffic control, concluded and summarized the attribute of traffic control by way of a new knowledge for the theory, then with both rough set theory knowledge acquisition and decision-making arithmetic to apply to across signal control, and provide a new method for intelligent traffic control. This text opens a door to rough theory to some traffic control problem. Even if the study work is not so much full-style, but there's great novelty.This text also introduce the knowledge acquisition and rough set theory in detail, further more put out the new way for the across signal control knowledge acquisition and decision-making, these's a useful trial to solve the city traffic problem.Even though this text get some good result based on the application the rough set theory in traffic control study, but it still has limitation on the study scale, it only a little part of study and using, so it should integrate with the traffic control in the theory developing.There're so great studies and application spaces in intelligent knowledge, it will bring more new theory and practiced production. If the rough set theory applies for the traffic control, the decision-making system based on rough set theory is needed to further improve in the future practice.
